March 16th Zoom Meeting Cancelled/Live Shareholder Meeting March 22nd

Notice:  Zoom meeting for this evening, March 16th, is cancelled

Tonight's Zoom meeting with Stillman Management has been cancelled, and replaced with in person meetings for next week.  This was not made clear in the announcement posted at the elevators and in the lobbies.

Additionally, in response to requests from shareholders, the separate meetings for each building will be combined into one consolidated meeting for all shareholders.  This meeting will be held in the building 600 garage.  Windows and the garage door will be open for air circulation, and limited folding chairs will be available.  If you would like t ensure a seat, please arrive early, or bring your own chair.  

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 22nd, and will begin at 6:30pm.  Representatives from Stillman Management will be in attendance.  

Contacting the Board

Dear Shareholders,

As requested in our shareholder meeting last month, the board has created an electronic communication method via a Google form (see below), for shareholders to be able to communicate with the Board.  By submitting this form, your concerns will be received directly by the Board, and we will respond within 48 hours. 

Please note, this form is not to be used to circumvent issues that should be handled via the super or the management company.  If you are experiencing an issue in your apartment, please call the super at (914) 668-5566.  Issues that should be reported to the management company can be done so by calling Rich Damico at (914) 813-1900, ext. 1922, emailing him at rdamico@stillmanmanagement.com, or by submitting a work order ticket via the Stillman website (see below).  This form should be used to escalate issues that have been reported/not responded to, or for other issues that crop up that you feel the Board’s involvement is warranted.  If the Board deems your issue to be something that should be handled by management, we will direct you to do so. 

Additionally, the Board is collecting shareholder email addresses to create a distribution list.  Please opt in using the form on the website (see below).  Note that once this distribution list has been created, we will still issue communications via paper, so as to be inclusive of our shareholders who do not use email.  Any communications will be sent via paper, posted in common areas, and sent via email.
